Title:
HOLOGRAPHIC OBSERVATION METHOD AND DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/203718
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This holographic observation method is characterized in that an object to be observed is irradiated with a light beam generated by using a current obtained by superimposing AC components to drive a laser light source, or a light beam having a prescribed wavelength width and prescribed coherency, a hologram is formed by causing the light beam transmitted or reflected by the object to be observed, to interfere with a reference light beam, and information related to the object to be observed is obtained by subjecting the hologram to image processing. An in-line-type holographic observation device 1 is employed which is provided with: a light source 2 which emits the light beam having the prescribed wavelength width and the prescribed coherency; an irradiation optical system 2 which divides the light beam in two and causes the two light beams to be transmitted or reflected by the object to be observed; and an image sensor 4 which acquires an interference image of the light beams transmitted or reflected by the object to be observed.
