Abstract:
A holographic ultrasonic transcranial and neural circuit regulation system and a design method therefor. The system comprises a holographic ultrasonic focusing module (10), a sound field representation and measurement system (20) connected to the holographic ultrasonic focusing module (10), an electronic cooperative control system (30) connected to the holographic ultrasonic focusing module (10), and an effectiveness record and feedback system (40) connected to the electronic cooperative control system (30). In the design method, phase distortion caused by distribution of parameters such as an irregular geometric profile of a skull, non-uniform density, sound velocity and an attenuation coefficient is compensated for; systematic and detailed calculation and numerical simulation and verification of a theoretical model are performed on holographic ultrasonic precise transcranial focusing, and a holographic ultrasonic focusing theoretical model for the requirements for different ultrasonic focusing sound fields is established, such that the modulation of ultrasonic precise and changeable sound fields can be realized; moreover, a holographic lens structure for the requirements for stimulation at different target points is designed, thereby facilitating the improvement of the resolution and accuracy of ultrasonic deep intra-brain focusing.
