Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a home-based business startup pre-authentication apparatus and a home-based business startup pre-authentication method. The pre-authentication apparatus comprises: a first acquisition module, used for acquiring a plurality of pieces of identity information of family members of a registered user, and a plurality of corresponding first digital certificates; a second acquisition module, used for acquiring a plurality of pieces of certificate information of the family members of the registered user; an information authentication module, used for carrying out entity authentication or digital authentication on the plurality of pieces of identity information on the basis of the plurality of first digital certificates, and generating a plurality of pieces of authenticated identity information; a binding module, used for binding the plurality of pieces of authenticated identity information to the plurality of pieces of certificate information, and generating binding information; and an electronic personal seal/electronic signature generation module; and an enterprise account opening key pre-generating module, used for pre-generating a plurality of basic keys according to an electronic personal seal/electronic signature and the binding information, the plurality of basic keys being used for applying to relevant institutions for approval and issue of a permit and an electronic business license for startup of a micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprise/individual business.
