Abstract:
The home based gymnastics multi-equipment is assembled and disassembled in less than minutes and can be carried anywhere, inside its bag (drawing 1) which is converted in to a fitness platform (drawing 3) and uses up little space when operated. It includes attached sections (drawing 4, 5) which are used during exercises designed for the whole body. It combines a full body workout equipment, the ease of assembly (with just one tool) and carriage, and the small amount of space required for the opening of the construction.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. Multi equipment ideal for home, for exercise, with the characteristics of easy dismantling and ability to be transported anywhere via a handbag (drawing 1).

2. Multi equipment ideal for exercise according to qualification 1, with the characteristics that the bag it is carried in is also the exercise platform (drawing 3), which is then folded.

3. Multi equipment for exercise according to qualifications 1 and 2, with the characteristics that the bag it is carried in also has wheels (drawing 7).

4. Multi equipment for exercise according to qualification 1, with the characteristics that its skeleton is adaptable (drawing 6) to different measurements depending on the height of the person that uses it at the time.

5. Multi equipment for exercise according to qualifications 1 and 4, with the characteristics that its various parts connect with each other and are secured with the usage of only one tool (drawing 4,5,6).

6. Multi equipment for exercise according to qualification 1, with the characteristics that it can be assembled and disassembled in less than 5 minutes.

Home based gymnastics multi-equipment carried as a handbag

The' invention refers to a home-based gymnastics multi-equipment, in drawing 6, that is set up in less than 5 minutes with the usage of only one tool (alien of one size), drawing 4 (26) and can be carried around easily and everywhere inside a carry bag, drawing 1, which is converted into an exercise mat, drawing 3, while the equipment is set up.

There is already a number of known gymnastics multi-equipment that are big in size and take up lots of space (multi-equipments for weight lifting), while their transportation is impossible in short time and with relevant ease. They take up a lot of space in the house and they require special skills in their set up by an experienced technician or need multiple tools to be used. As a result they remain at their original place of set up and are not easily transported elsewhere.

Also, some gymnastics multi-equipment regard a specific series of exercises (treadmills, elliptical, rowing board etc) and are therefore limited as to their ability to exercise the body in full. Also these equipments are large in bulk and difficult to move.

Some of the few gymnastics multi-equipments that can be moved with relative ease (straps, weights, horizontal bars etc), exercise limited muscles of the body and are not easily attached anywhere and carried everywhere.

The need that is created refers to the full exercise of the body with only one gymnastics multi- equipment, from people of different height, on which they can do multiple exercises of a dynamic character. Another requirement is for the equipment to be able to be assembled but also carried easily according to the users' desires.

The current invention aims to solve the above disadvantages by suggesting an assembled, light but durable skeleton, drawing 6, on which various-parts are attached, drawing 4,5 depending on the height of the person that is to use it. Furthermore it is light and placed easily into a carry bag to be transported anywhere desired. It is assembled in less than 5 minutes with the use of only one tool (alien of one size), easily and simply.

All parts are secured with bolts and attached with a plug with the use of the alien tool. The invention in question has a goal, the creation of gymnastics multi-equipment that is characterized by the fact that it is developed into a skeleton, drawing 6, the parts of which are detachable, drawings 4,5 and simultaneously adjusted according to desired requirements. They are attached on a supporting base, drawing 3, that is the carry bag of the multi-equipment with its outside side, drawing 1.

The carry bag of the multi-equipment has a handlebar according to drawing 1 (4) for it to be carried as well as wheels, as can be seen in drawing 7 (10) on its one side in order to enable its easy movement. It also features small braches (5) drawing 1, on the opposite side of the one with the wheels for better securing of the handbag. The outside of the carry bag has protective lining on all sides and a small section of expansion (2) on drawing 2, that secures the carry bag with the locking mechanism, as shown on drawing 7 (15).

The entire detachable skeleton of the multi-equipment is placed inside the carry bag as shown on drawing 2, with specific placing of the parts. The inside has available space for the placing of all parts. It also has inside protective lining to prevent noises during transportation. Non-skid coating also covers the places the base comes into contact with the ground with during placement of the bag on it (7) shown on drawing 2. The outside of the carry bag is converted into the exercise platform when opened as shown on drawing 3. The stabilization of the base is achieved by reinforced hinges (3) as shown on drawing 3 in such a way that no chasm is created or space or loosening in the middle. It also has a securing device (9) drawing 3, which is bolted on the equipment with bolts on either side of the full opening of the carry bag. On the one side and opposite from the handle a safety extension is created (2) on drawing 3. This is also secured with a series of braches (3) on drawing 3 for better reinforcement of the structure. The full top acreage of the base of exercise including the extension has antiskid lining (38) for better support of the person using it. On one side there are nautical rings (14) for the securing of gymnastic straps. On the one side opposite the extension a strap that braces the legs is attached (12) in order to exercise the abdomen area.

On the upper side of the exercise base are slots (6) on drawing 3, for the securing of the detachable parts, which are secured with security bolts and screws (13) drawing 3. These slots are sealed on the bottom side reaching ground level and on the inside of the carry bag. In these 4 slots 2 detachable parts are inserted in the shape of a Π (16, 21) as shown on drawing 4. The 2 upper sides of these parts are adjusted (19, 20) according to the height of the person using the equipment and secured with security bolt (19).

On the front side of the Π parts hand handles are attached (17) drawing 4, for. lapse exercises, which are bolted (18). On the upper part of the Π parts squatting exercises are done. The backside of the parts has a position for the adding of an angle (23) drawing 4 in order for the skeleton of the equipment to open in width. These angles are added and locked on their bottom side with bolts and screw (22) with the aid of the alien tool (26). On the upper side of each angle two horizontal bars are placed (25) drawing 4, in order to elevate the skeleton of the equipment and secured with the angles (24). Inside the two vertical bars two extensions pass (27) drawing 5. These extensions are secured and attached with bolts and screws with the aid of one alien tool. These side extensions offer a variety of exercise positions with straps (28) as shown on drawing 5.

On the upper side of the vertical bars a horizontal bar is secured in order to perform chin-ups (37) as shown in drawing 6 and adjusted in several places (31) depending on person's choice. Its securing is done via plugs. The horizontal bar is secured and adjusted on the vertical bars (28) drawing 5.

On the main section of the horizontal bar there is a square close rise (36) drawing 5, on which a nautical ring is secured (35) for the attachment of straps. On the side of the horizontal bar handles for chin-ups are attached (29) drawing 5 which can be adjusted in multiple positions, according to the person's needs during the exercise and which are attached with bolts (30).

The whole skeleton is adjustable according to the preference of the person using it to exercise and remains steady and immovable due to its strong manufacturing and it being secured with bolts and plugs (with one alien tool). All deployment takes less than 5 minutes and the space it takes up is minimal compared to the total structure.

On the multi equipment a variety of dynamic exercises can be done for the whole of the body with safety and it is a very useful means of exercise that can be carried easily everywhere. The skeleton of the multi-equipment combines many advantages such as: endurance of the construction, flexibility for the person who is trained, a variety of exercises, and ease of assembly and carrying. The trainee can move his personal gym everywhere, indoor or outdoor. Another benefit is that he may apply or move away the multi-equipment very easily after training if there is no enough space in the house.
