A bed (home care apparatus)(1) where individual drive sections for a head section (12), a leg section (13), a height adjustment section (14) are operated by motors (15a-15c) and actuators (16a-16c) based on switch operation. Operating conditions of the drive sections are detected by sensors (17a-17c). A means (21) for operating and controlling the individual sections grasps operating conditions of a drive section based on a detection signal and stores, as operation history information, an operation history of the drive section in an operation history storage section (22). Operation history information in the operation history storage section (22) is transmitted to a host computer (4) by a communication unit (7). The host computer (4) processes the received operation history information into data that can be displayed in the form of animation, graphs, and accumulated time and send the data to a computer (5) etc. connected by the Internet.
