Abstract:
A simple, inexpensive (no need to purchase any IT device) information communication system and home resident secret information storage system enabling a resident in a detached house or in a collective housing such as a condominium to use the system even if the resident has no IT (information Technology) device such as a personal computer or a portable information device. In the information communication system, a high-tech watthour meter of a detached house or a collective housing such as a condominium communicates with an object (M) having a posture sensor and means for remotely transmitting the output of the posture sensor in accordance with fixed information related to the posture of the object at a station (N) having receiving means for receiving the remotely transmitted signal from the object (M) and connected to the watthour meter by using an IT (Information Technology) function which power usage meter has. The storage system holds secret information by using a station (N) having receiving means for receiving a remotely transmitted signal from two or more objects (M) by using the postures of the objects (M) as secret keys and connected to the power usage meter.
