Abstract:
A homogeneous chemiluminescence analysis method and an application thereof, the method comprising the following steps: in the presence of an anti-interference agent, detecting the strength of a chemiluminescence signal produced by a reaction of a receptor in a test sample with active oxygen, in order to determine whether the test sample contains test target molecules and/or the concentration of the test target molecules. The anti-interference agent comprises a carrier and active molecules, the carrier being a porous medium, the active molecules being filled in the carrier and capable of specifically binding to biotin molecules. The method can avoid false positive or false negative results caused by free biotin.
