Abstract:
A homogeneous mixing apparatus (100), having a feeding direction (D0) of materials, and comprising: a circulation unit (1) comprising a material storage space (S), a feeding end (11) and a discharging end (12); a dynamic mixing unit (5) comprising in sequence, in the feeding direction (D0), primary, secondary and tertiary dynamic mixing devices (51, 52, 53) connected in series, a feeding inlet (511) of the primary dynamic mixing device (51) being in communication with the discharging end (12) of the circulation unit (1), a discharging outlet (532) of the tertiary dynamic mixing device (53) being in communication with the feeding end (11) of the circulation unit (1), the upstream sides of the primary, secondary and tertiary dynamic mixing devices (51, 52, 53) being further provided with a first supplying device (61), a gas delivery device (4) and a second supplying device (62) respectively, and each dynamic mixing device (51, 52, 53) comprising a dynamic stirrer (50); and a control unit (9) configured to control the dynamic mixing unit (5) to enable the dynamic stirrers (50) of the primary, secondary and tertiary dynamic mixing devices (51, 52, 53) to start or stop independently and to operate at an independent rotational speed; the dynamic stirrers (50) each comprise a stator (501) and a rotor (502), the rotational speed ranges of the dynamic stirrers (50) of the primary, secondary and tertiary dynamic mixing devices (51, 52, 53) increase sequentially, and the distances between the rotors (502) and the stators (501) of the primary, secondary and tertiary dynamic mixing devices decrease sequentially.
