Abstract:
Disclosed is a honeycomb core composite material and a preparation scheme therefor. A plastic honeycomb core panel is heated to be deformed into a curved-surface, arc-shaped, circular-tube-shaped, concave or convex core material (1); the core material (1) is immersed in a container, containing heated water or oil, to be softened and is formed by a mold pressing on same, and the mold and the core material are then taken out together and placed into a container, containing cooling water or oil, to be cooled; a surface (2) and a bottom (3) of the shaped core material have a fibre cloth coated with a resin laid thereon, wherein fibrofelt is comprised therein, and the fibre cloth and the fibrofelt that are bonded to the resin are also comprised; and then, a composite material component is obtained through heat-shaping. The component overcomes the defect in the prior art that only a flat panel composite material can be made; the manufacturing scheme has a low cost and a high speed, and widens the range of use thereof; and the composite material is lightweight, has a high strength, great rigidity and low costs, and is widely applicable.
