Abstract:
This honeycomb structure, comprising a honeycomb fired body that has multiple through-holes separated by partition walls and arranged side-by-side in the length direction, is characterized in that the honeycomb fired body comprises an extrusion-molded body that contains CuO, β-zeolite and an inorganic binder, and in that the molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3 of the β-zeolite is greater than or equal to 300.
