Abstract:
Disclosed are a honeycomb-structured laminated sleeve and a manufacturing method therefor. The laminated sleeve is in the shape of a hollow cylinder. The laminated sleeve comprises a glass fiber reinforced plastic inner sleeve layer (1) or a plastic inner sleeve layer, an elastomer layer (2), a glass fiber reinforced plastic adhesion fixing layer (3), a honeycomb board filled structural layer (4), a glass fiber reinforced plastic adhesion strengthening layer (5), and an outer layout layer (6) from inside to outside in sequence. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: winding a glass fiber reinforced plastic inner sleeve layer (1) or producing a plastic inner sleeve layer; wrapping an elastomer layer (2); wrapping a glass fiber reinforced plastic adhesion fixing layer (3); wrapping a honeycomb board filled structural layer (4); wrapping a glass fiber reinforced plastic adhesion strengthening layer (5); combining an outer layout layer (6); and grinding and polishing a laminated sleeve.
