Abstract:
A dust-free production system for the granulation of a highly viscous material, comprising a wet granulation machine (1), a granule swing machine (4) connected with the wet granulation machine (1) and a boiling dryer (2) connected with the granule swing machine (4), a pre-drying device being provided between the granule swing machine (4) and the boiling dryer (2). The dust-free production system for the granulation of a highly viscous material has a simple and reasonable constitutional structure, can avoid the phenomenon of hardening and lumping in the granulation process and the phenomenon of bed collapse in the drying process, facilitating the further optimization of process parameters.
