Abstract:
Provided are a horizontal annular drilling and planting all-in-one machine and a method for drilling and planting the same. A feeding and discharging station, a drilling station and a hair planting station are sequentially arranged along a circumference of a working table center cylinder (1). An automatic feeding mechanism (18), a finished product output mechanism (19) and a three-dimensional mechanical hand (17) are disposed in the front of the feeding and discharging station. A drilling device (20) is mounted on a rear side of the drilling station. The hair planting device (21) is mounted on the right side of the hair planting station. A rotating support formed by a station rotating top plate (3a), a vertical plate (3b) and a base plate (3c) is mounted on each station. A working table support plate (10) is mounted below each station rotating base plate (3c), and a brush body working table (16) is mounted on each working table support plate (10). A brush body finishes feeding at the feeding and discharging station and rotates to the drilling station for drilling; after the drilling, the brush body continues to rotate to the hair planting station for hair planting; after the hair planting, the hair body continues to rotate to the feeding and discharging station for discharging, then the brush body performs feeding on the feeding and discharging station, and circulation is performed in this way. Operations of each station are synchronous and do not interfere with each other, and the automation degree and production efficiency are high.
