Abstract:
A horizontal continuous automatic discharge centrifuge, comprising a base (1), a pusher tray (2), a conical distribution bucket (3), a discharge chamber (4), a feed tube (5), a machine casing (6) ), a drum (7), a bearing seat (8), a hollow spindle (9), a push rod (10), a pulley (11), a composite cylinder (12), and a bearing; the bearing seat (8) is connected onto the base (1), the bearing being installed within a first bearing box (16) and a second bearing box (17) at two ends of the bearing seat (8), wherein a lower end of the first bearing box (16) is provided with a bridge oil pipe (15) that leads to the second bearing box (17); the hollow spindle (9) is provided thereon with a lubrication flow passage, and a lubrication system communicates with the first bearing box (16) and the second bearing box (17) by means of the lubrication flow passage. The centrifuge is simple and compact in design, and may achieve continuous automatic feeding and discharge, saving time and manpower, and improving production efficiency, while improvements to the lubrication system allow the device to be free of oil leakage, thereby improving safety in production.
