Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a rotatable insulator 3 which is supported in a rotatable manner; a blade 5 which is attached to a top part of the rotatable insulator, is formed from horizontally disposed first plates, with the thickness direction of the first plates being arranged in a vertical direction, and rotates with the rotatable insulator; butt-contact parts 51 which are formed from second plates attached to both ends of the blade, with the width direction of the second plates being arranged in the vertical direction; support insulators 4 which are supported at both ends of a base; and multiple fingers 71 which are attached to top parts of the support insulators, are formed from horizontally disposed third plates, with the thickness direction of the third plates being arranged in the vertical direction, and with and from which the butt-contact parts come into contact and separate. As the blade rotates, the butt-contact parts slide from side surfaces of the fingers, and surfaces of the butt-contact parts located in the thickness direction of the second plates come into contact with/separate from surfaces of the fingers located in the width direction of the third plates.
