Abstract:
Disclosed is a horizontal ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive jet generating apparatus, comprising a stationary/mobile dual-mode vehicle (1), and further comprising a horizontal low-pressure grit tank (2), a horizontal self-adaptive grit slurry fluidising tank (3) and a horizontal ultra-high pressure tank (4), wherein an end seat (21) is mounted at a left end of the horizontal low-pressure grit tank (2), a water injection pipeline (211) is mounted at an upper end of the end seat (21), a normally open two-position valve (212) is mounted at a right end of the end seat (21), a special valve (5) is mounted between the horizontal low-pressure grit tank (2) and the horizontal self-adaptive grit slurry fluidising tank (3), and a cyclone device (53) is mounted at a right end of the special valve (5). The horizontal ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive jet generating apparatus can avoid the use of a large-diameter high-pressure tank and an upright, high centre of gravity, high-pressure tank, and can further prevent the problem of accumulation of abrasives on the lower side of the horizontal low-pressure grit tank under their own gravitational force, realising the dual functions of helical precise conveyance and regulated output of grit slurry.
