Abstract:
The present invention relates to a horizontally-stackable type filtering face-piece respirator or mask and provides a horizontally-stackable type filtering face-piece respirator, the respirator comprising: a first part and a second part which are connected via an intermediate bending line; flanges at both sides comprising a binding part having an inclined bond line; and harnesses fixed in the sides of the first part and the second part or in the flanges, wherein at least one of the first part and the second part has one crease part with a horizontal bending line, and is bonded in such a manner that the crease part has an upwardly inclined bond line toward both ends from the center; the first part and the second part having the crease part have lower ends that further extend below the crease part and have upwardly inclined edges toward both ends; and the bond line of the crease part and the horizontal bending line reaches the bond line of the flange. The horizontally-stackable type filtering face-piece respirator according to the present invention forms a hemisphere when unfolded and has advantages that it is easy to adjust and maintain the shape of a formed cup mask when in use, and it is also easy to unfold and wear the mask due especially to a frame reinforced by bonding the intermediate bending line and the crease part.
