Abstract:
Disclosed is a hose clamp that can maintain the clamping force of a leaf-spring body and can reliably move a second tab from a locking section until being disengaged without both tabs being excessively clamped. This hose clamp (10) has a leaf-spring body (12); a slit (14) and a first tab (20) are formed on one end; and an insert part (38) and a second tab (40) are formed on the other end. A locking part (28) that has a hook-shaped locking section (30) is formed on the first tab (20) with a folded section (25) therebetween, and an engagement holding section (43) is formed on the second tab (40). A tapered section (34) that widens from the locking section (30) towards the folded section (25), and a stopper section (36) that extends nearly in parallel to the first tab (20) are provided to the locking part (28), the tapered section (34) is disposed along a surface that is nearly parallel to the peripheral surface of the leaf-spring body (12), and the intersection between the tapered section (34) and the stopper section (36) deviates in the widthwise direction from the locking section (30).
