Abstract:
Disclosed is a hose connector for preventing the ingress of fluid passing through a hose, and also stagnation or pooling of said fluid. A bulging part (1d) which projects from the outer peripheral surface (1a) of a nipple (1) is made to bite into the inner peripheral surface (H1) of a hose (H) by means of a clamping means (2) which presses on the hose (H), and a flat part (1e) which is formed at the tip end of the outer peripheral surface (1a) of the nipple (1) is disposed in such a way as to come into surface contact with said inner peripheral surface (H1). As a result, the inner peripheral surface (H1) of the hose (H) and the flat part (1e) at the tip end of the nipple (1) are placed in tight contact so that there is no gap between the two.
