Abstract:
A group of reinforcement layers comprising a plurality of layers is positioned between an inner rubber layer (2) and a cover rubber layer (4). A buffer layer (8) is positioned between a group of inner reinforcement layers (5, 7) and a group of outer reinforcement layers (9), which separate the reinforcement layers internally and externally. A leak detecting means (10) having an observation window (11) linked to the buffer layer (8) via a conduit (15) is positioned on an end in the axial direction of the hose. A protective cover (16) having a transparent section (16b) is attached in a detachable manner to at least part of the observation window (11) so as to cover the observation window (11) connected to the buffer layer (8). A hose for conveying fluids, which enables the presence or absence of the discharge of a fluid flowing inside the hose to the buffer layer to be reliably viewed over the long term, is thus achieved.
