Abstract:
Provided is a hose and hard pipe connection system used under a high-pressure system, comprising: a hose formed by connecting a core pipe (4) and a bellow (1), wherein the outer side of the bellow (1) is wound and braided with a metal wire (2), a hard pipe (5), a transition joint (7) connecting the hose and the hard pipe (5), and a buckle sleeve (8) buckled outside the hose and the transition joint (7). The hose and hard pipe connection system can improve the sealing performance between the hose and hard pipes, solves the problem of pressure resistance and high and low temperature resistance at the hose and hard pipe joints, further, after being wound with the braided metal wire (2) on the outside of the metal bellow (1), the metal bellow (1) is welded to the core pipe (4) to improve the axial tensile strength and sealing reliability, so that the connection system can work at high and low temperatures as well as high-pressure working conditions, and then can be used in the air-conditioning hose assembly of new energy vehicles and other high-pressure hose assemblies.
