Abstract:
A hose labelling machine, composed of a machine body (1), the machine body (1) comprising a stock bin (2), a stock bin regulating mechanism (3), a feed conveyor mechanism (6), a graduated turntable mechanism (71), a label support mechanism (7), and a label feed device (9), a baffle (5) capable of moving left to right being arranged at an outlet of the stock bin (2) in order to control the size of the outlet (22), one longitudinal side of the stock bin (2) being configured into a moving side plate (21) capable of moving left to right, the stock bin regulating mechanism (3) being connected to the moving side plate (21) of the stock bin (2), one end of the feed conveyor mechanism (6) being arranged below the stock bin (2), a feed regulating mechanism (4) also being correspondingly arranged below the stock bin (2), the other end of the feed conveying mechanism (6) being connected to the graduated turntable mechanism (71), and the label feed device (9) being arranged above the label support mechanism (7). The present hose labelling machine can rapidly switch between different types of hose; the entire machine is compact and has a rapid labelling speed, effectively increasing the efficiency of the labelling work, and reducing labour costs.
