Abstract:

Disclosed is a hose. The hose is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of a chlorinated polyethylene rubber, 8-15 parts of a hot melt glue, 6-12 parts of active MgO, 5-6 parts of a lubricating wax, 7-8 parts of an active agent, 84-94 parts of a reinforcing agent, 35-45 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 10-13 parts of a colorant, 7-13 parts of a resin reinforcing agent, 2-3 parts of a vulcanizing agent TDDS, 1-2 parts of an accelerant BF, 0.5-1 parts of insoluble S and 0.5-2 parts of 2,2'-dithiodibenzothiazole. In the present invention, the selected materials are of the best quality, a scientific processing method is adopted, and the thickness of an inner covering layer and the thickness of an outer covering layer are reduced, but the performance can meet the following requirements: the peel strength of a glue and a polyester framework ribbon cartridge layer is ≥30 N/25 mm, the tensile strength of a sizing material is 6-8 MPa, and the elongation is ≥400％. Moreover, the hose has a good heat resistance, an ozone resistance, a weather resistance, an oil resistance, a chemical medicine resistance and a flame resistance, can satisfy the fire hose covering requirement, and has a low cost and a long service life.
