Abstract:
A hose quick-connect device (300) for fracturing equipment (200) and the fracturing equipment (200) that comprises the hose quick-connect device (300). The hose quick-connect device (300) comprising: a hose holding and moving mechanism, which is used for holding a hose (6) and moving the hose (6) between an initial position and a target position, wherein in the target position, the end part of the hose (6) is aligned with a manifold interface (16); and a controller (17), which is configured to receive first orientation information indicating the orientation of the hose from a first sensor (15) disposed at the end part of the hose (6), and receive second orientation information indicating the orientation of the manifold interface from a second sensor (14) disposed at the manifold interface (16). On the basis of the first orientation information and the second orientation information, a desired motion instruction enabling the hose (6) to move to the target position is generated; and the hose holding and moving mechanism is controlled to execute the desired motion instruction so as to move the hose (6) to the target position.
