Abstract:
Disclosed is an invention relating to a hot-air drying device for agricultural and fishery products. The disclosed hot-air drying device for agricultural and fishery products includes a drier body having a hot-air drying chamber provided with filtration and dehumidification functions, and thus can dry a drying product received in the hot-air drying chamber to the highest quality that can satisfy consumers, so as to achieve a high-grade of the drying product. Further, by the convection function for circulating hot air provided for drying the drying product up to every nook and cranny in the drying chamber, the hot-air drying device can improve the drying efficiency of the drying product and can achieve a compact drying chamber to thereby enhance the space use efficiency.
