Abstract:
A hot air fryer, comprising: a cuboid-shaped cooking chamber (3) which has an opening located at a front part thereof, a box door (2) which is used for opening and closing the opening, and a housing (1) that encapsulates the cooking chamber (3); a space formed by a gap between the left side, or right side, or upper side, or lower side of the cooking chamber (3) and the housing (1) is internally provided with a control apparatus (6) and a display apparatus (5); spaces formed by gaps between the left and right sides of the cooking chamber (3) and the housing (1) are internally provided with a first hot air generating apparatus (11) and a second hot air generating apparatus (12) respectively; each among the first hot air generating apparatus (11) and the second hot air generating apparatus (12) comprises a hot air circulating fan (7) and a hot air electric heating element (8), and each side among the left and right sides at an inner part of the cooking chamber (3) is provided with a hot air inlet (10) and a hot air outlet (9); and the hot air electric heating element (8) is disposed at the hot air outlet (9) and heats air.
