Abstract:
A hot-bending X90 structure and performance evaluation method, using OM, SEM, EBSD, TEM and other methods, combined with tensile, impact, hardness and other experiments, observing the change of the microstructure and mechanical properties of an X90 welding seam under different heat treatment conditions, determining a suitable hot-bending heating method; The resulting precipitate has a size of about 18.34 to70.29 nm. The yield strength and tensile strength of the X90 come up to 748 Mpa and 847 MPa respectively, the elongation is 18.5%, the yield ratio is 0.88, the average value of Charpy impact energy at -10°C is 212.7 J, and the average shearing area is about 85%, showing good strength and toughness. The whole local induction heating method can improve the toughness of the X90 welded joint, and the HAZ low temperature impact energy is increased by about 50 J.
