Abstract:
Provided is a hot and cold water mixer that can stably control temperature. The hot and cold water mixer (10) comprises a water supply tube (1C), a hot water supply tube (1H), a mixing tube (1M), flow rate regulating valves (4C, 4H), temperature sensors (3C, 3H), flow rate sensors (5C, 5H), a setting unit (70), and a control unit (80). If the flow rate of one of the flow rate regulating valve (4C) in the water supply route and the flow rate regulating valve (4H) in the hot water supply route cannot be increased and the target flow rate of the one valve is determined to be larger when compared to the flow rate of water flowing in the one valve, the control unit (80) calculates and updates the target flow rate of the other valve so as to achieve the mixed water temperature set by the setting unit (70) and controls the other valve on the basis of the updated target flow rate of the other valve.
