Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hot and cold water supplier having an external interface capable of connecting with a portable terminal so as to provide a real-time internal operation state of the hot and cold water supplier in response to an external input, and a hot and cold water supplier diagnostic system. When the hot and cold water supplier having an external interface and the hot and cold water supplier diagnostic system of the present invention are used, after-sales service costs can be significantly reduced and after-sales service management can be systematically performed.
