Title:
HOT-DIE NI-BASED ALLOY, HOT-FORGING DIE EMPLOYING SAME, AND FORGED-PRODUCT MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/107502
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: a hot-die Ni-based alloy that possesses high high-temperature compressive strength and good oxidation resistance and that is capable of suppressing deterioration of the work environment and deterioration of the shape; a hot-forging die employing the same; and a forged-product manufacturing method employing the hot-forging die. The present invention provides a hot-forging die in which 80% or a greater portion of a surface of a hot-die Ni-based alloy is covered with an aluminum oxide layer, the hot-die Ni-based alloy comprising, in terms of % by mass: 7.0-15.0% of W, 2.5-11.0% of Mo, 5.0-7.5% of Al, 0.5-7.5% of Cr, and the remnant being Ni and inevitable impurities, wherein, in addition to the aforementioned composition, it is possible to additionally contain Ta: 7.0% or less, and, additionally, one type or two or more types of elements selected from Zr: 0.5% or less, Hf: 0.5% or less, rare-earth elements: 0.2% or less, Y: 0.2% or less, and Mg: 0.03% or less.
