Abstract:

This hot-dip galvanized steel sheet comprises a steel sheet, a boundary layer disposed on the steel sheet, and a hot-dip galvanized layer disposed on the boundary layer, said steel sheet having a predetermined chemical composition, wherein an average crystal grain size is greater than 4.0 µm in a region between the surface of the steel sheet and a 25 µm deep position from the surface of the steel sheet, an area ratio of non-recrystallized ferrite is 50% or greater in a region between a 50 µm position from the surface of the steel sheet and a 100 µm position from the surface of the steel sheet, and the maximum value of C concentration in the hot-dip galvanized layer is 0.05 mass% or greater.
