Title:
HOT FORGING FORMING METHOD USING METAL DEFORMATION FOR ALUMINUM OR MAGNESIUM ALLOY SCROLL ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/081272
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hot forging forming method using metal deformation for an aluminum or magnesium alloy scroll rotor and, more particularly, to a hot forging forming method using metal deformation for an aluminum or magnesium alloy scroll rotor, which is capable of: controlling a method for using continuous and discontinuous thickness changes in metal to control the movement of a material, and positioning vent holes of various sizes, positions, and numbers on a mold to control the movement of the material to be uniform, so as to minimize the deviation in height of a scroll rotor wrap portion that is unevenly formed; and of inducing precise forming so as to minimize the deviation in length of the wrap portion which is generated after the hot forging forming of an aluminum or magnesium alloy scroll rotor.
