Abstract:
This hot melt adhesive composition contains an acid-modified polyolefin and a copolymerized polyester and satisfies the following (1)-(5). (1) The copolymerized polyester is composed of a dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component and has a melting point (T1) of 80-150ºC, as obtained by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). (2) The melting point (T2) of the acid-modified polyolefin, as obtained by the DSC, is 60-150ºC. (3) |T1-T2|≤40ºC. (4) When the acid value of the acid-modified polyolefin is defined as AV (eq/ton) and the hydroxyl value of the copolymerized polyester is defined as OHV (eq/ton), 0.5≤AV/OHV≤4.5. (5) When the total amount of the acid-modified polyolefin and the copolymerized polyester is 100 mass%, the content of the acid-modified polyolefin is 5-40 mass% and the content of the copolymerized polyester is 60-95 mass%, and when the total amount of the whole hot melt adhesive composition is 100 mass%, the total amount of the acid-modified polyolefin and the copolymerized polyester is at least 70 mass%.
