Abstract:
A hot-melt connecting socket pipe fitting and the connecting method of the same,
wherein the pipe fitting has a joint at one end. One end of said joint is provided
with a socket section and an adjacent monolayer connecting section. Said socket
section and monolayer connecting section extend to different axial distance.
The rear end of said socket section is provided with an exhaust and sight hole,
and said socket section is provided with an external ring and an internal ring.
The connecting method includes the following steps: heating the external layer
and the internal layer at the end of the composite pipe; heating the surface layer
of themonolayer connecting section at the joint of the hot-melt connecting socket
pipe fitting and the internal ring surface of the external ring and the external
ring surface of the internal ring of the socket section; inserting the end of the
composite pipe into the socket section to make its internal layer and external
layer weld with the surface layer of the monolayer connection section as well
as the external ring surface of the internal ring and the internal ring surface
of the external ring of the socket section; and observing whether the tip of the
composite pipe contacts with the bottom of the socket section. The present application
can solve the problem of gas exhaust occurs during the holt-melt connection of
the aluminum-plastic composite pipe and the socket pipe fitting, improve the
quality of hot-melt connection, improve the reliability, sealing performance
and the bonding strength of the hot-melt connection, save materials and operate
easily.
