The present invention discloses a hot-pluggable network bypass apparatus, which is characterized by comprising: a housing; network data ports, disposed on sides of the housing, exchanging data with the network and including at least two ports; computer data ports, disposed on sides of the housing, exchanging data with the computer and including at least two ports; and a control circuit, disposed in the housing and based on whether the computer operates normally, controlling the transmission direction of said data between the network data ports and the computer data ports. Compared with the prior art, when a failure or a power outage occurs in the computer device, the present invention enables access to the network in manner of bypass and enables the network to remain unobstructed, at the same time, the faulty device can be conveniently removed while the network remains unobstructed, thus facilitating the off-line repair or replacement of the faulty device, and greatly improving the stability of the network.
