Abstract:
Provided are a hot press gauze pad lubricating device and a use method. The hot press gauze pad lubricating device comprises one or more composite lubricating plates and a steel plate groove (5) provided with openings on the opposite two ends. The composite lubricating plate comprises a graphite plate (2), an adhesive layer (3) and a deformation aluminium alloy plate (4) arranged from top to bottom successively. Before a gauze pad carrying a plate blank enters a press, the gauze pad is first brought into direct contact with the graphite plate to produce a scraping action, thereby scraping a trace amount of flaky graphite into the gaps of and onto the surface of the gauze pad, such that a layer of solid lubricating film is formed on the gauze pad, and when the gauze pad carrying this layer of solid lubricating film enters the press, a lower platen surface is thus sufficiently lubricated. A problem of physical labour consumption in artificially spreading the graphite powder is solved, an automatic lubrication between a flat surface of the lower hot platen and the gauze pad is achieved, the precision of the flat surface of the lower hot platen can be effectively maintained so as to produce a high quality product, the service life of the gauze pad is improved in multiples and the plate fabrication cost is reduced.
