A hot-pressing extrusion device for a plastic rod, wherein two connecting rods (5) are respectively fixedly connected to an outer ring (6); each clamping plate (8) is of an arc structure; the outer ring (6) is provided with two through holes; each connecting shaft (9) is respectively fixedly connected to a clamping plate (8) and passes through one of the through holes; a first fixing plate (11) and a second fixing plate (12) are both arranged on the outer surface of the connecting shaft (9) in a sleeving manner; the two ends of the first fixing plate (11) and the second fixing plate (12) are both provided with a connecting block (13); and the connecting blocks (13) on the first fixing plate (11) are connected to the connecting blocks (13) on the second fixing plate (12) by means of bolts. The bolts on the connecting blocks (13) are screwed to pull the connecting shafts (9) so as to adjust the positions of the two clamping plates (8) to positions corresponding to a mouth mold (4), such that a plastic rod is located between the two clamping plates (8) so as to support the plastic rod to prevent bending deformation of the plastic rod caused by gravity.
