Abstract:
In this hot-rolled steel sheet for a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, the Vickers hardness of a sheet width end part is not less than 180 Hv and a value obtained by subtracting the Vickers hardness of a sheet width center part from the Vickers hardness of the sheet width end part is 10-100 Hv. The ductile-brittle transition temperature at the sheet width end part is not more than 0°C, and a value obtained by subtracting the ductile-brittle transition temperature at the sheet width end part from the ductile-brittle transition temperature at the sheet width center part is 10-100°C. A value obtained by subtracting the sheet thickness of the sheet width end part from the sheet thickness of the sheet width center part is not more than 50 μm.
