Abstract:
With respect to this hot-rolled steel sheet, the metal structure contains, in an area ratio, a total of 90% or more of at least one of martensite and tempered martensite, and a total of 10% or less of at least one of ferrite, bainite and pearlite at 1/4 the sheet thickness, while containing, in an area ratio, a total of not less than 70% but less than 90% of at least one of martensite and tempered martensite, and a total of more than 10% but not more than 30% of at least one of ferrite, bainite and pearlite at the depth of 200 µm from the surface.
