Abstract:
A hot rolling device has induction heating means (2a, 2b) and material cutting
means (3a). The induction heating means (2a, 2b) heats a material (6) by allowing
it to pass through the means. When a shape defect occurs in the material (6) heated
by the induction heating means (2a, 2b), the material cutting means (3a) cuts
the material (6) at least either on the entry side or the exit side of the induction
heating means (2a, 2b).
