Abstract:
Disclosed is a hot runner mold for the production of disposable plastic tableware, which belongs to the technical field of hot runner molds. The hot runner mold comprises a tubular body, a mold tank and a connecting base, wherein the mold tank is fixedly connected to the connecting base by means of a bolt; the mold tank is provided with an overflow port; the mold tank is internally provided with a cylindrical tube, which is mounted inside the tubular body in an embedded manner; a fixing base is fixedly mounted at the top end of the tubular body; the top end of the fixing base is fixedly connected to a sealing member; the top end of the sealing member is fixedly connected to a cap; a cap head is mounted in the cap in an embedded manner; and the mold tank is fixedly connected, by means of a bolt, to a take-out device, which comprises a housing and a clamp, with friction rubber being arranged on the clamp. In the present utility model, the contracted clamp is put into the mold tank and takes out disposable plastic tableware formed in the mold tank, specifically, the clamp is opened, with the friction rubber on the clamp acting on the disposable plastic tableware, such that the disposable plastic tableware is taken out of the mold tank so as to automatically take out the disposable plastic tableware, thereby improving the production efficiency of equipment.
