Abstract:
A hot spot early warning method for a brake disc, comprising: acquiring a hybrid vibration signal during braking of a brake disc (S100); separating the hybrid vibration signal to obtain a plurality of separate vibration signals (S200); and performing screening on each separate vibration signal to obtain a hot spot discrimination signal, wherein the hot spot discrimination signal is used for determining hot spot formation on the brake disc (S300). According to the method, by separating a hybrid vibration signal generated during braking of the brake disc, and performing screening to obtain a hot spot discrimination signal that can reflect whether a hot spot is formed on the brake disc, the hot spot early warning result is reliable; a plurality of separate vibration signals are obtained by separating the hybrid vibration signal, and thus, errors caused by unstable factors such as rotation and rotating speed change of the brake disc can be eliminated by means of separation, and the accuracy of hot spot early warning of the brake disc can be effectively improved. Also disclosed are a hot spot early warning apparatus for a brake disc, a hot spot early warning device for a brake disc, and a computer readable storage medium.
