Abstract:
The present invention provides a hot-stamped component comprising a base steel sheet comprising 0.15-0.27 wt% of carbon (C), 0.15-1.0 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.5-1.10 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.018 wt% or less of phosphorus (P), 0.005 wt% or less of sulfur (S), 0.1-1.0 wt% of chromium (Cr), 0.1-1.0 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.015-0.080 wt% of titanium (Ti), 0.015-0.080 wt% of niobium (Nb), 0.1-0.7 wt% of molybdenum (Mo), 0.001-0.008 wt% of boron (B), 0.005 wt% or less of nitrogen (N), and the remainder of iron (Fe) and other unavoidable impurities, wherein the base steel sheet has a martensite structure, and the martensite structure has a nanoindentation hardness of 3.0-5.0 GPa with a standard deviation of 0.8 GPa or less.
