Abstract:
According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a hot stamping part comprising a steel sheet that includes: 0.26-0.40 wt% of carbon (C); 0.02-2.0 wt% of silicon (Si); 0.3-1.60 wt% of manganese (Mn); at most 0.03 wt% of phosphorus (P); at most 0.008 wt% of sulfur (S); 0.05-0.90 wt% of chromium (Cr); 0.0005-0.01 wt% of boron (B); 0.05-0.2 wt% of molybdenum (Mo); 0.001-0.095 wt% of titanium (Ti); 0.001-0.095 wt% of niobium (Nb); and 0.001-0.095 wt% of vanadium (V), with the balance being iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities, and has a tensile strength of at least 1,700 MPa and a yield strength of at least 1,150 MPa, wherein the hot stamping part has a microstructure containing austenite grains and includes a carbon-based precipitate containing at least one among niobium (Nb), titanium (Ti), molybdenum (Mo), and vanadium (V), and the average size of the austenite grains is at most 15 µm.
