Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hot water boiler freeze protection system and, more specifically, is achieved by a hot water boiler freeze protection system comprising: a boiler device; a direct water pipe connected to the boiler device and supplying tap water into the boiler device; a heating supply pipe connected to the boiler device and supplying, to a region to be heated, heating water heated in the boiler device; a heating return pipe connected to the boiler device, and allowing the heating water supplied through the heating supply pipe to circulate therein so as to be collected in the boiler device; a hot water supply pipe for connecting the boiler device and a hot water distributor and receiving the hot water heated in the boiler device; a first freeze protection pipe bypassing the heating supply pipe and disposed adjacently to the hot water supply pipe side; a second freeze protection pipe bypassing the heating return pipe and disposed adjacently to the direct water pipe side; and freeze protection units respectively disposed between the hot water supply pipe and the first freeze protection pipe and between the direct water pipe and the second freeze protection pipe, wherein the distance between the hot water supply pipe and the first freeze protection pipe and the distance between the direct water pipe and the second freeze protection pipe are formed to be fixed by means of the freeze protection units. Therefore, the gap between a branch pipe and the hot water supply pipe and the gap between the branch pipe and a water supply pipe are easily disposed to be predetermined intervals, and thus heat loss can be minimized and the direct water pipe and the hot water supply pipe can be prevented from freezing.
