Title:
HOT WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/137102
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A hot water circulation system comprises the following sequentially connected components: a water heater (6), a circulation pump (2), a non-return type starting valve (4), a hot water pipeline consisting of hot water pipes and pipe fittings (7), and a tail valve (5) connected to an external apparatus (3). A liquid inlet end of the circulation pump (2) is connected to an output end of the water heater (6), and an output end thereof is connected to the non-return type starting valve (4). A hot water channel communicating with a liquid inlet cavity of the non-return type starting valve (4) and a water return channel communicating with a return cavity of the non-return type starting valve (4) are disposed inside the hot water pipe. The hot water pipes are connected together via the pipe fittings (7). A liquid outlet end of the hot water pipe is provided with the tail valve (5). The tail valve (5) comprises a tail valve body. A tail valve liquid inlet cavity communicating with the hot water channel and a tail valve return cavity communicating with the water return channel are disposed inside the tail valve body. The tail valve liquid inlet cavity and the tail valve return cavity can communicate with the external apparatus (3). The hot water circulation system conserves energy, is environmentally-friendly, low cost, and features a simple pipeline arrangement, thereby achieving rapid provision of water.
