A hot water supply system and an air conditioner having the same. The hot water supply system comprises: a compressor (10) having an air inlet port and an air discharge port; a first condenser (20), wherein an inlet of the first condenser (20) is in communication with the air discharge port of the compressor (10); a second condenser (30), wherein an inlet of the second condenser (30) is in communication with an outlet of the first condenser (20); an evaporator (40), an inlet of the evaporator (40) is in communication with an outlet of the second condenser (30), and an outlet of the evaporator (40) is in communication with the air inlet port; a water tank (50), having a water discharge port and a water inlet port; a heating line (60), connected between the water discharge port and the water inlet port; and the second condenser (30) and the first condenser (20) sequentially carrying out heat exchange with the heating line (60) to increase the temperature of the water within the heating line (60).
