Abstract:
Disclosed is a hotel service method. The method comprises: detecting whether a guest enters through a hotel gate (101), and if so, performing identity recognition on the guest to acquire identity information about the guest (102); playing audio and video for a welcome stay (103); acquiring habit information corresponding to the identity information (104); according to the habit information, sending a beverage that the guest likes drinking to reception, so that the guest can drink the beverage while checking in or acquiring current location information about the guest, and if it is determined that the guest is currently taking a rest in a rest area of the hotel lobby, sending the beverage that the guest likes drinking, a publication that the guest likes reading and food that the guest likes ordering to the guest; and according to the habit information, acquiring vacant guest room information matching a room type that the guest likes booking, and displaying same for the guest to make a selection (105); according to a check-in procedure of the guest, automatically guiding the guest to go to a corresponding guest room (106); adjusting a facility state of the guest room (107); and automatically introducing a method for using the guest room (108). The method greatly improves the efficiency of serving a guest.
