Abstract:
Disclosed are a hotline calling method, device and apparatus and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of mobile communications. The method comprises: a mobile terminal, upon calling a hotline by means of a rich communication suite (RCS) server, receiving voice broadcast text information of the hotline sent by the RCS server; the mobile terminal, by means of analyzing the voice broadcast text information of the hotline, obtaining a visualized voice menu of the hotline, and displaying the visualized voice menu of the hotline on a calling interface; and the mobile terminal receiving a click operation performed by a user on the visualized voice menu of the hotline, and performing corresponding processing according to the click operation.
