Abstract:

A hotmelt composition comprising a thermoplastic elastomer, a tackifying agent, a wax and a polyolefin resin, wherein the wax has a softening point (R & B system) of 140° to 160°C. Accordingly, the hotmelt composition is easy in application to the mouth-neck portion, etc. of metal can to thereby excel in production efficiency and has excellent heat resistance such that even when a formed sealing material is exposed to high temperature condition, seal performance can be maintained.
